A Day at the Splash Pad
I mentioned last week that after hitting Panda Express we went to the splash park and I wanted to share some photos of our fun afternoon! We went to Westlands Park which is down in Greenwood Village and it’s such a good time. It’s got a fun splash pad and a huge park (naturally I didn’t get any photos of the park! whoops!) A has always been such a water baby. She’s constantly causing trouble by playing in the bathroom sink or stomping in water puddles, so we thought it was a perfect day to hit the splash pad before summer is over. She was thrilled to pieces that we went.
She had a great time exploring and splashing around in the water. We’ve found a splash pad to visit every yer and it’s so neat to be able to see how each year is different and the different way she enjoys going. Although B loves baths, he wasn’t a big fan of the cold water on his feet when I dipped them in. Ha! Next year though he will be a little bigger to be able to enjoy the summer fun!
