On the Go with Crayola

Both of our little ones are creative and busy. I like to have a variety of options for them when we are out and about or when I need to keep them busy for an extra minute.  Sometimes it’s toys, or things the a restaurant or office has on hand.  Other times, those things aren’t at our disposal all of the time when I need them the most. Even the best kids can get antsy when they are trying to be patient and we try to only pull the electronics card when we absolutely have to.

Crayola recently came out with the Crayola Color Wonder On-The-Go sets and they have come in handy several times recently.  These sets come in Disney Princess, Shimmer and Shine, PJ Masks and Paw Patrol. They are all fun for kids of all ages. My little ones recognized Disney Princesses and Paw Patrol but have been enjoying the Shimmer and Shine and PJ Masks, too!

The sets are small enough to keep in my bag and come with 15 small coloring sheets with an easy pull binding and four mini-broad tip markers in each set.  The markers are held in the left side and the coloring pages in the right.  It folds open like a book and when they are all done it snaps back together.

We have been using Color Wonder for the last few years and so this new addition has been a fun one to add. As with all Color Wonder items, all of our markers can be used on the coloring pages.  So even though the kits come with 4 markers each, you can mix and match between sets or other markers or paints you already have which is a lot of fun.

The suggested age for the Color Wonder On-The-Go sets is ages 3 and up, however, our littles who is 21 months is loving coloring right alongside of his sister.  If you are new to Color Wonder, you have been missing out! These markers only work on the specific Color Wonder paper so there is no worrying about a mess on your walls, tables or clothing! Color Wonder has been a lifesaver for us many times.

With these Color Wonder To-Go-Sets I am able to keep them in my purse or in the car for easy use. Just last weekend we went out for a fun family dinner where they have no coloring pages for the kids. Out of my bag I pulled our To-Go sets and the kids colored until we had food on the table to eat. We’ve also used them in the car and at the doctor’s office! These are a fun activity for an easy $4.99 price tag and would be perfect for your little one’s Easter Basket in a few weeks!!
