Links and Loves – Vol. 10
It’s been a little while since I shared some of our favorite finds and today that’s exactly what I’m going to do. This post has been a long time coming but ultimately full of things our family has been using and enjoying. With Christmas coming up, it’s just the time to share these goodies with you, don’t you think?! I can’t wait to hear what you guys have been loving too!
Fubbles Bubble Blasting Machine
I know, I know. Summer is over so why am I sharing this with you now? Mostly because I forgot to share at the end of August when we got it. I promise though, this is a must have if your little one likes bubbles. You might even be able to snatch it on clearance somewhere now that summer is over.
We tried a couple other bubble machines and bubble guns this summer for our bubble loving kids and they were terrible. And when I say terrible, I mean – worked for 5-10 minutes and pretty much never worked again. We snatched this Fubbles Bubble Blasting Machine on sale at Toys-R-Us at the end of August. It was our last purchase effort for a bubble toy before we gave up and we hit the holy grail. The bubbles are continuous, it doesn’t fail, and it ran forever. You can also snag it on Amazon here.

Scotch Thermal Laminator
We received the Scotch Thermal Laminator as a Chatterbox chat pack a couple of months ago, meaning that we got to try this out for free! This Scotch Thermal Laminator is compact, super easy to use, and heat quickly. The laminator packs make it easy to slide in your keepsake, picture, or important document – and have it durably laminated in moments. This laminator is so easy that your kids can be included in the laminating process with supervision. The machine is very intuitive by powering on with the power button being able to select 3mil for standard paper or 5mil for thick documents or photos. Once the laminator is ready the blue ready button illuminates. You simply stick your document in the back within a laminator sheets and soon it spits it out the other side with a clean, clear laminated document. This laminator is one that we would highly recommend anyone and will continue to use regularly.
We’ve used the laminator for bookmarks, documents, keepsakes and even fall leaves. The kids enjoy putting them the items through and coming through the other side. We’ve been impressed with the quality and the clarity of our projects!

Felt Donuts by Avalon Sunshine
I connected with Avalon Sunshine shop a couple of months ago and the shop is absolutely adorable! It’s ran by Erica, who is creative, sweet, and clearly loves her craft. Her shop is filled with well made felt party decor such as banner cake toppers perfect for dressing up any cake, felt crowns, and felt donuts!
When we were scrolling through her store, A quickly found the donuts and was drawn to them! Imaginative play is something we heavily encourage in our home and she knew these would be perfect for their play kitchen. The donuts come as a set of 4 donuts – 2 chocolate with sprinkles and 2 pink with sprinkles – and a customized tray to say ____Bakery. Since we planned on all of our kids using these we went with our last name.
They arrived quickly and are extremely well made. The kids were thrilled at their donuts because I kept the fact they were arriving a surprise. Both kids enjoy pulling out their register, their mixer, and the donuts to play Bakery. I must say. my new local bakery had some pretty adorable bakers which is a good thing since the donut prices vary from $.99-$33 regularly. 😉

Orange Blossom Face Wash by Young Living
I had heard rave reviews for months about the Orange Blossom Face Wash that Young Living carries. It was out of stock for a bit but once it was available I jumped on the opportunity to finally give it a try. Unanimously people raced about how long one bottle lasts – upwards of a year!! – because you need such a small amount. Many suggest purchasing a small foaming soap pump, filling it with about a tablespoon or so + distilled water, creating a nice foaming wash. I haven’t purchased those yet but can attest to the fact a tiny bit goes a long way. I use less than a pea size and have plenty for cleansing my face.
The Orange Blossom Face wash is SUPER gentle which doesn’t strip the natural, good oils from your skin. It’s filled will EOs and extracts that are powerhouses for skin support. Plus, It also MSM (Dimethyl Sulfone) for softening and Lavender essential oil to soothe skin. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and can absolutely feel a different in my skin’s softness and texture.
What are some things you are loving right now?
