Family/Maternity Photos 2017

When we moved across the country, I was worried about being able to find a photographer. We had been using Verte Photography in Colorado for years and being in a new state where we knew no one made me doubt we would find someone here. However, as fate would have it – I found one with no real effort. At a local Young Living event I was introduced to Kate and a couple other cross-line girls.
I chit-chatted a bit with Kate about our kids lines, my pregnancy, and we hit it off. I inquired about if she did lifestyle/maternity/newborn photography because I was in need of one for our family! Besides being about an hour and a half from one another, I had a good feeling! We touched base later and everything worked out so good for us to have our family photos done in September.
We met Kate at the Valley Forge Park on a Sunday evening and the light was perfect. She had suggested it would be the perfect time for gorgeous shots and she was so right. She was so patient with our kids (she’s a mom of a two year old which is super helpful!) and you could see her passion for photography as she took the shots.
Family photos are so important to me and have always been the one of the few things I’m very persistent about having done. Time is fleeting and I love having them done at least once a year and when big events happen like our most recent pregnancy. We were due for both – a family photo update and a maternity session.
Kate did an incredible job. We’re getting our photos done again when C is born and I cannot wait! I’m so glad that God answered the little desires of my heart by finding Kate so easily! If you are in the Philadelphia area, get in touch with Kate and get a session booked! You will not regret it – I promise.
