Yummy, Moist Cinnamon Raisin Bread (without a bread maker)

One of my favorite pastimes was being in the kitchen with my mom as a little girl baking bread. We would always make it, stick in the the bread maker and the house will smell divine. Cinnamon Raisin was always my favorite. It hadbeen so long since I made bread (other than rolls, etc.) and finally I recently took my sweet girl into the kitchen and whipped up a few loaves of cinnamon raisin bread in loaf pans. The kitchen ended up sprinkled with flour, my house filled with the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread and my heart full to the brim that I’m so lucky to do these things with my own daughter. I hope one day these little things are fond memories of hers too. I know they always will be for me, but these – these will always be an extra dose of special.
