A’s Three Pumpkins.

I knew the holidays would become much more exciting now that we have A. Sure, last Thanksgiving we had her but she was a week old, and Christmas … well she was a month and a week…soooooo, although they were special and fun – we knew this year would be the start of exciting, holidays. The ones filled with excitement and squeals of joy.
This girl, I can’t even tell you how much she has changed our lives. We just talked that even though we had almost six years of life before her, it’s hard to imagine what that was like. How we filled our time.

This last weekend we took A to the pumpkin patch.
It was filled with giggles and excitement over the petty zoo goats liking her fingers and how joy of how the dry corn felt between her fingers as she played in it, tossed it in the air and watched the other kiddos.
It was filled with her coming home with three little pumpkins because they filled her with excitement.

Here’s to the beginning of the holiday season that is already making our hearts so incredibly full as we share it with the sweet girl we spent years praying for. We are so. so. blessed.
