A Year Of Saying YES to Toxin-Free Living

One year ago yesterday, I said YES to changing our lifestyle. It wasn't a decision that I made lightly. In fact, it was one I researched for nearly a year before deciding. That YES to living as toxin-free as possible literally changed our lives for the better. I had already been conscious about what we put on our babies and how we treated specific things but a year ago, we really hit the ground running.

I just said yesterday to someone that there are only 3 things I have said "yes" to in my life that were that hands down my best choices: Jesus, my Marriage, and Motherhood. A Toxin-Free lifestyle with Young Living is next on that list. It's made a huge impact on our family. It's also been incredibly life giving to me because I literally teach others daily how to do the same (& no, saying yes to toxin-free living isn't signing you up for a business). Only the best for these loves of mine (and the growing babe in my belly 😊).

ONE YEAR AGO I quit sassing God about joining Young Living. I wanted the purest oils and because I did months worth of research, I had zero question about if they were the best (based on experience + research). I didn't want an MLM experience (been there done that & they had to be all the same right? Little did I know how wrong I was about to be). Then I said yes to this wholesale membership and so many pieces of the puzzle clicked for me in ways only God can make happen. Then I said YES to the business because I couldn't keep my passion for toxin-free living quiet.

I didn't make it a business because it seemed like everyone else was, I did it because I'm that passionate about these oils that I use every single day on my family. I see them changing people's lives around me all the time. Couple that with my previous training & natural wellness education and I have never had something make more sense. This doesn't feel like a job. It feels like a PURPOSE. Frankly, I would shout this company from the rooftops even if I didn't get paid. Sometimes saying YES blesses us in ways we never imagined.

Here I am celebrating one year since I said YES to jumping in and making the absolute best decision for our family. My kids and I only get sick about two times a year, we've never used antibiotics and we have what we need to support our bodies when we need extra support. I no longer worry about going to heavily populated places and Children's Museums in fear of people being sick and my kids being sick because we have what we need to support their immune systems. We don't have that problem anymore. I'm standing here in the thick of my third pregnancy, my very best one yet, thriving with a healthy baby and I've been able to support my body no matter what pregnancy throws at it. I have peace of mind with all of the products I'm using around our family from cleaning products, supplements, to essential oils. I see the impact on our family daily. I'm so glad that one year ago yesterday I said YES.
