Immune Boosting Drink Recipes

No one is under the weather in our home and I would like to keep it that way. ? We use a lot of supplements (NingXia Red, elderberry syrup, inner defense, Life 9) and proactive ways to stay healthy like diet limited sugar and processed carbs. I also add in great things like thieves tea or our mock apple cider. Both boost the immune system but also are super soothing on the throat if you need a little help with that!
Here’s how I make them:
THIEVES TEA
Fill your favorite mug with:
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (organic, unfiltered with the mother)
- 1-2tbsp local raw honey
- 1-2 drops YL’s Thieves vitality
- 1-2 drops YL’s Lemon vitality
Fill cup with hot water
Stir and Enjoy!

IMMUNE BOOSTING MOCK APPLE CIDER
(This is my kids’ favorite!!)
Fill your favorite mug with:
- 1-2tbsp local raw honey
- .5- 1 drop YL’s Thieves vitality
- .5- 1 drop YL’s Lemon vitality
- warm organic apple juice
